Tutoring

The mission offers one-on one tutoring to Gibbs Elementary Students on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-4:15 p.m.  Children receive a healthy snack and then tutors work with students on their individual needs such as math and reading.  The commitment to one-on -one tutoring is significant so that each child receives individual attention and positive reinforcement.  Tutors are qualified community members who choose to volunteer their time to make a difference in the life of a child.
